Benjamin T. Kurten chairs Reinhart's Immigration Law Group and is a shareholder in the firm's Labor and Employment Practice. He has more than 12 years of immigration law experience. Ben focuses on providing business immigration benefits and compliance advice to clients across the country in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care, financial services, technology, entertainment, consumer goods and agriculture. His work includes assisting clients with navigating the immigration regulations for employing foreign-born talent, as well as developing, implementing and executing organizational objectives, policies and procedures for compliance with U.S. immigration regulations. Ben has successfully argued cases before the Executive Office of the Immigration Judge, Board of Immigrations Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office.
